Cabanova Portuguese launch party a success!

Wow, what a day and what a night! After months of hard work preparing the Portuguese Language version of Cabanova, we successfully released it online. And what better place for the official launch party than on the breathtaking Portuguese island of Madeira where the sun shines more than 300 days a year.

Because we were (and still are) so excited about the launch, we wanted to celebrate with an energetic party, so as a location we chose the best salsa club on the island – el malecon. As the guests started arriving, they were able to view the stunning sunset directly from the bar terrace, sipping freshly-made mojitos prepared by resident barman Miguel.

After the sun went down we all moved inside and got started with the more formal part of the evening – the official presentation and launch of www.cabanova.pt. Presented by Karl Weyers and Sebastian Schmitz, the managing partners of Cabanova, an entertaining history of the 10-year evolution of the company and the website builder was shown. This was followed by a countdown after which www.cabanova.pt was released live online.

To show what can be done with the Cabanova website builder, we launched a brand new website for the el Malecon salsa club (www.salsa-club-madeira.com) directly afterwards.

The Portuguese version is the fifth language Cabanova offers, after English, German, French and Romanian.
