The FREE package discontinued and new operational changes

At the end of the year 2021, we made the decision to discontinue the Free package. We are forced to do this to save cost and reduce Abuse of our product. More than 95% of our Free sites are made in Asia (India / Bangladesh) . This would not be an issue unless most of them being phishing, scam and seospam. All these sites consume a lot of bandwidth and generate lots of take down requests from our hosting providers Google Cloud and Hetzner. Not once, we had our servers blocked by Google for about 3 days and IP blocked by Hetzner for about 1-2 days. This generates a lot of pain for our paying customers, which are the ones which keep this service alive.

To make the transfer easy, we offer our Express package with 30% or 50% discount (the user can choose which discount to use). This makes it very trivial for non abusing users to pay 0.495 EUR / month. If this cost is too big for you, just contact us and we will keep your free site online for at least 12 months. No sites were deleted. No data was lost.

Another change we did is that we moved all operations to our sister company form Romania, Bucharest: Cabanova Software SRL. The team from Romania was already responsible for development, bug fixing, support and uptime. In order to optimize operational cost, support will be available only in English and by email ticket.

Short term plans includes a free SSL certificate for all paying customers which previously was charged a one time fee of ~29 EUR, DKIM / SPF / DMARC updates for all domains to boost Inbox placement and hopefully a new responsive builder by the end of March 2022 with ~200 new fresh and responsive templates.
